Dillon Francis & G-Eazy Team Up On New Single "Say Less" With Amazing Lyric Video

dillon francis / g-eazy

Dillon Francis previously teased his track with G-Eazy, "Say Less", and it's finally surfaced in lyric video form. The video itself creatively done, utilizing balloons with Sharpied-faces that are paired with hands that are green-screened in and doing sign language in sync with the song.

"Say Less" is a fast-paced, percussion-based moombahton track that incorporates strong brass booms into the build and drop. It's always awesome to see talented artists from their respective fields coming together. Last week, G-Eazy debuted his joint Step Brothers EP with Carnage.

G-Eazy & Carnage Drop 4-Track 'Step Brothers' EP: Listen Here

G-Eazy and Carnage's joint project is here! The two shared the lead single "Guala" off their four-track Step Brothers EP earlier this week and paired it with an amusing music video where they walked around town as real-life bobble heads.

The second track off Step Brothers is a slow-paced cut called "Gimme Gimme" that will definitely test out the low-end bass on your speakers. The beat itself features a high-pitch vocal sample with heavy reverb on it. "Buddha" and "Down For Me" are the other two songs on the EP are feature Smokepurpp and 24hrs, respectively. "Buddha" holds a chiller vibe similar to "Gimme Gimme" while "Down For Me" has more of a energetic kick.

Back in 2015, Carnage said in an interview that him and G-Eazy we're going to lock themselves up in a studio for a week and knock out a joint project. Well we're glad they did and that it's finally released. Listen to it below and enjoy!

G-Eazy & Carnage Launch Collab Project ‘Step Brothers’ & Drop New Single "Guala"

Carnage x G Eazy

G-Eazy and Carnage have linked up once again on a new single called "Guala" that will be part of their new joint project titled Step Brothers. It's looking like "Guala" could be the lead single off a new EP as Carnage tweeted teasing their first EP is finished (below).

The two have collaborated several times in the past. Carnage had the Bay Area rapper featured on his hip-hop single "I Like Tuh" feat. ILoveMakonnen back in 2015 and Carnage was featured on G-Eazy's single "Loaded" back in 2013. When asked how long their new track came together, Carnage said they finished it in two nights.

"Guala" also comes paired with a goofy music video in which G-Eazy and Carnage are walking around town with big heads (you'll see what we mean when you watch the video). The track itself is produced by Carnage and Breaux, a rising producer that Carnage has teamed with multiple times for incredible remix collaborations of songs like "Mara".

It's interesting to see Carnage expanding roles in his latest by taking on rapping duties. "Guala" brings a slow-rolling, piano-based hip-hop beat while Eazy and Carnage lay down their steady verses. Check out the music video for "Guala" below and enjoy!
