Big Wild Gives Gallant's "Talking To Myself" A Funky Makeover

Big Wild Gallant Side By Side

Venice-based producer Big Wild has been on fire lately with his impressive originals and remixes. For his latest release, he's taken on Gallant's "Talking To Myself" where he introduces rolling percussion, infectious guitar riffs and lush textures that breathe funky, playful energy into the original.

It's no secret that Gallant is one of our favorite vocalists, and Big Wild fully capitalizes on the opportunity to utilize the R&B singer's incredible vocals. Big Wild has previously shared "Invincible" feat. iDA Hawk on ODESZA's Foreign Family Collective, in addition to a stellar remix of ZHU's "Generationwhy". Stream Big Wild's new rendition of "Talking To Myself" below and enjoy!

Watch Elton John & Gallant Perform "Weight In Gold” Together In London

Gallant/Elton pic

Nearly one year ago, Elton John -- one of the most respected figures in music -- gave rising artist Gallant a major co-sign. He stated, "Gallant is an artist to watch. He is going to be huge." Since then, the R&B act has lived up to the hype with his debut album, Ology, along with some monumental festival performances such as Coachella. On top of that, he's currently on his debut headlining tour which had him stop over in London where he performed on Elton John’s stomping grounds.

Well, Elton took the co-sign a little bit further by bringing Gallant out during his performance at Apple Music Festival (formerly iTunes Festival) where they played a collaborative take on his hit, "Weight In Gold". The performance will give you chills...They kill the rendition and leave the viewer in awe. Sit back and enjoy!
