Falcons and GoldLink Team Up On Chill New Track “Boo You Know”

GoldLink Falcons

Falcons and GoldLink have teamed up for a third time on their newest collaboration “Boo You Know.” Their previous tracks together “Vroom” and “Aquafina” have garnered millions of plays on SoundCloud. “Boo You Know,” the duo’s second release on A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold Records, is a huge follow up to their past collaborations.

The track starts off with sample “Boo you know I love you” from Cuban Link’s song “Still Tellin’ Lies,” which repeats throughout. Falcons’ signature future bass meets hip-hop production is distinct as massive chords reverberate in the background creating a unique ambience for GoldLink’s vocals. In between samples, GoldLink raps about his many long-distance relationships, from Toronto to New Orleans.

GoldLink’s casual flow makes the perfect fit for Falcons’ chill atmosphere, which is maintained with gliding synth notes. Double-time drums come in shortly before the outro before bringing back the arrangement from the beginning. “Boo You Know” is a funky addition to Falcons and GoldLink’s repertoire that is sure to make its way to all your relaxing, poolside parties this summer. Enjoy!

GoldLink And Khalid Link Up On Soulful “Let’s Go” Remix

Khalid Goldlink

Following up recent albums from both Khalid and GoldLink, the two have linked up for a remix of Khalid’s “Let’s Go” single. This song was actually my favorite off Khalid’s album and now it’s been given the verse it needed.

GoldLink has an ability to rap over non-traditional hip-hop intrumentals and shows this off once again here. He kicks off the song with a melodic verse before the drums even kick in and rides them out for a solid verse. GoldLink was a perfect match for the song’s laid-back vibe alongside Khalid’s extra smooth vocals. We’re hoping these two link up again down the road. Enjoy!

Xavier Omar Collaborates With GoldLink On Extra Smooth Collaboration "No Way Out"

Xavier Omar Goldlink

Rising singer Xavier Omar has linked up with GoldLink and Hit-Boy for an extra smooth new collaboration. Xavier is an exciting rising artist we recently included on our new Hip-Hop Therapy playlist and now he makes his first appearance on the site on “No Way Out.”

This new track comes courtesy of Red Bull Sound Select building on their already impressive catalog. The sensual R&B vocals shine atop Hit-Boy’s skittering production that pairs jazzy elements with trappy drums and hard-hitting bass. Hit-Boy’s insane resume includes massive tracks like “Goldie”, “Backseat Freestyle”, “Niggas In Paris”, “Clique” and many more as he slows things down on this latest. GoldLink shows up for solid verse to close out the relaxing tune as he quickly follows up his album release. Enjoy!
