KRANE Drops Diverse Heavy-Hitting Debut Album ‘Fallout’ Ft. Slumberjack, Graves, Quix & More

Krane Fallout Art

Following rising musicians as they come into their own is one of our favorite things here at TSIS, and KRANE is the perfect example of this idea. This young artist first caught our attention back in 2015 with his bright future bass signature, but 2017 has truly been the year he’s proved himself a force to be reckoned with, channeling a sound all his own across releases. He draws from genres like trap, future bass, hip-hop and more to cultivate a unique sound showcased on album singles like “Monarch” with MYRNE, “Nobody But You” and, most recently, on his explosive Diplo & Friends mix from a few days ago.

Today KRANE has finally shared his debut album, Fallout, a 10-track offering that embodies the clean sound design and explorative production that we’ve come to love from the producer. The overall sound of the project fits the title well – minus a few surprises, a dark, apocalyptic mood reigns from start to finish. From the hip-hop-influenced trap heater with B Lewis “PCP” feat. Nick Row to the unexpectedly luminous future bass track “Titan” feat. Nolan van Lith, Fallout will no doubt keep you on your toes from start to finish. Check out the album below and enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Graves Shares Impressive "Un4gettable" Remix

Graves un4getable

Today we have the pleasure of hosting a new Graves track on the site. For his latest, the Hawaii-based producer has shared a remix of French Montana and Swae Lee's track "Unforgettable", with this version being called "Un4getable".

A coupe months ago Graves dropped his impressive new Hilo EP we've been loving and now he's followed it up with this must hear remix. Graves strips away the original track's production and builds his own from the ground up around the vocals. He track builds up to a high energy, future bass styled drop with slashing synths and punching drums. The vocals are distorted and utilized perfectly on this remix we'll surely be listening to more of. Enjoy!

For those who were at Lollapalooza this year, this song may ring a bell or two. Floss, along with Post as a surprise guest, closed out their set with this future bass concoction. The track is actually a recreation of Post Malone's "Came Up" feat. Key! which was released back in September 2015 and rode off the momentum of "White Iverson".
