[PREMIERE] Herobust Drops Explosive New Single “Debt 'N Eight”

Herobust Debt 'N Eight

Herobust has been having an incredibly productive year so far. In just the past few months, the Atlanta-based producer not only released his new single “First Person Shooter” and a huge collaboration with MONXX, but even dropped a VIP of his single "Move Mint", all while playing numerous festivals throughout the summer. Today we have the pleasure of premiering yet another brand new single from handsome squidward himself, titled “Debt 'N Eight”.

"So heavy... So wonky... I tried to put my spin on riddim and this is just what came out.  Debt ‘N Eight (detonate) is one of my favorite new tracks!" - Hayden (Herobust)

Herobust took a page from his own book and dialed in a sound reminiscent of his Vertebreaker EP for this latest offering. Starting off with a glitchy timer and an ominous countdown, it doesn’t take long for the track to jump into an explosive drop filled with distorted metallic stabs, gritty screeching wobbles and some hard-hitting percussion. Every time we think Herobust can't top himself, he puts out another banger and proves us wrong. Check out “Debt 'N Eight” below and enjoy!

Herobust Share’s Video Game-Inspired Dubstep Track “First Person Shooter”

Herobust First Person shooter

It’s been a huge year so far for Herobust. Having dropped an incredible 6-track Vertebreaker EP only to BUST it himself four months later with a VIP of "Move Mint"; then in the same month drop one of the hottest riddim tracks of the summer with MONXX...Hayden Kramer has definitely been doing the most. Now, with four months left in the year, the Atlanta-based producer has just let us know that he isn’t done with 2017 yet, with the release of his latest single, “First Person Shooter”.

Herobust took things in an awesome new direction with this latest offering. Starting off sounding like a vintage video game, this adventure starts off with a whimsical 8-bit intro that immediately transports the listener back in time to a retro arcade. Player beware though: this isn’t Pacman. Things quickly start to take a dark turn as you reach one of the game’s bosses and the track is thrown into a ridiculously dirty dubstep drop filled with bit-crushed gunfire, abrasive growls, distorted sirens and the sound of bullet casings constantly hitting the ground. Get your quarters ready and hit start on Herobust’s “First Person Shooter” below. Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Herobust And MONXX Team Up On Heavy, Gritty New Single “Giant Squiddim”

Giant Squiddim herobust cover art

During Herobust’s Sunday (June 18) set at EDC, the Atlanta-based producer (who may or may not resemble hansom Squidward) brought out up-and-coming UK producer MONXX to help drop their brand new and extremely heavy collaboration. Today, after a short yet difficult wait, we have the pleasure of premiering what’s sure to brighten up any bassheads’ day, Herobust and MONXX’s new single “Giant Squiddim”.

This latest nautical offering is everything you could want and more from riddim. Both Herobust’s and MONXX’s distinctive production styles can be heard clearly throughout this dark, menacing track. Starting off with a splash, “Giant Squiddim” seems to have the point of view of a diver encountering a giant squid (hence the name). An eerie piano melody slowly drives the track forward into a bass-heavy drop filled with monstrous growls, abrasive gargles and thunderous percussion. We’re guessing that the diver didn’t make it out in one piece… Check out “Giant Squiddim” below and enjoy!
