Jauz Launches New Label Titled "Bite This" And Drops 12-Track ‘Off The Deep End Vol. 1’ Compilation

Jauz Bite This

From packing out festival main stages to dropping numerous incredible remixes and singles, it seems that 2017 has been one of Jauz’s most productive years. Now, the bass-music heavyweight has given his Sharksquad a glimpse into the future with the announcement of his brand new label, Bite This. And as the first release off of the new label, Jauz has finally dropped a long awaited compilation titled Off The Deep End Vol. 1.

Featuring Jauz’s previously released singles “Alpha”, “The Game”, “Claim To Be” and his and Crankdat’s collaboration, “I Hold Still”, this latest offering also comes complete with seven new remixes from artists such as LAXX, Sikdope, Ray Volpe and more. Though this is only the first release off of his new label, Jauz says he already has a ton of new music ready to be released from himself and others.

“The reason I started Bite This was for no reason other than I wanted to put out my music, my way, as often as I wanted and whenever I wanted. Getting to support up and coming artists that inspire me and give them the shine they deserve is just the icing on the cake.” - Jauz via Twitter

And as an added bonus, closing out the 12-track compilation is a brand new single from Jauz titled “Ghost” which features vocals from Zeds Dead collaborator GG Magree. Check out Off The Deep End Vol. 1 below and enjoy!

Jauz Switches Things Up On New House Single “Meant To Love You” (Ft. Rouxn)

Jauz Meant To Love You

Today, our favorite bass predator Jauz has returned to the site with some brand new music. Having dropped a whopping six tracks over a period of three months, we can only commend Jauz for continuing his streak of unapologetically diverse tracks with the release of his incredible new single “Meant To Love You” featuring Rouxn.

From his collaboration with Crankdat & Slushii to his most recent single “Alpha”, we’ve been loving the house portion of Jauz’ continuously varying sound. Featuring some passionate vocals from mysterious LA-based singer Rouxn, this latest offering wastes no time dialing in the groovy vibes. Filled with some classic 4/4 percussion, coarse synth plucks and abrasive bass wobbles strewn throughout, “Meant To Love You” is an incredibly well rounded emotional house jam we’ll definitely be keeping on repeat. Check it out below and enjoy!

Jauz Shares New Heavy Bass House Single “Alpha”

JAUZ Alpha

It’s starting to seem very likely that Jauz may actually be part shark. How else could it be possible to drop five new singles in just over a month other than by abandoning the need to sleep? From a heavy bass house collab with Crankdat to his recent remix of Lil Uzi Vert's “XO TOUR Llif3”, the LA-based artists is barely giving us any time to recover between releases and we’re loving it. Today he’s asserted his dominance even more by sharing another heavy-hitting single titled “Alpha”.

Jauz continues upon his streak of unique bass house releases with this latest offering. Starting off with a dark, abrasive pad and some acoustic drums, a warbling melody and steady kick slowly progresses the song forward. Some distant vocal chops and skittering percussion throw the track into a powerful drop filled with snarling synths, distorted wobbles and coarse, pulsing bass. Check out Jauz’s new single “Alpha” below and enjoy!
