Snails Announces His Own Festival At Red Rocks "Sluggtopia" Ft. NGHTMRE & JOYRYDE

Snails Sluggtopia Poster

2016 was a monumental year for the vomitstep pioneer Snails and he's starting off the new year strong with the announcement of his very own festival, "Sluggtopia". He's throwing the show at the iconic Red Rocks venue in Colorado on Oct. 6 and we're proud to announce that ThisSongIsSick will be presenting the very special event. PRE-SALE tickets SOLD OUT Remaining tickets available now HERE.

He's had so many accomplishments in the past year alone -- from making his mark on many U.S. festivals like Coachella where he had an epic guest-filled performance, to being the only producer featured on the Jack U album (which won multiple Grammys), to non-stop releases...but this marks the biggest announcement of his career.

Snails will be joined by NGHTMRE and JOYRYDE, in addition to other special guests for Sluggtopia.

Red Rocks tends to be a great road-tripping destination for everyone outside of Colorado. Start planning your trips. This is going to be something you don't want to miss. Enjoy!

Joyryde & Freddie Gibbs Team Up For New Trap Collaboration "Damn"

joyryde car

JOYRYDE has been red hot lately with his cutting-edge productions and sleek music videos..not to mention the Skrillex co-sign he received after dropping his debut OWSLA single, "Hot Drum". His latest output is titled "DAMN" and it features Indiana-based rapper Freddie Gibbs who has worked with some of the best in electronic music including Flume and Zeds Dead

On his latest tune, JOYRYDE grabbed a previously released verse from Freddie Gibbs. The hip-hop heavyweight jumps in between the brass booms and hollow plucks with his lyrical flow. The production takes on a much more minimal approach than Joyryde's previous works, leaving for great emphasis on the vocal.

"After I made the instrumental for this record, I found it very hard to fit a vocal on it. Most verses I tried were lazy and too 'styled out'. Freddie’s vocal crushed it. The man has a serious sense of rhythm in his bars. Gettin' that green light from them for the feature made this record." -- Joyryde

We've been mapping JOYRYDE's journey since last year with releases like "Give My Love", "Fuel Tank" and "Maximum King". The Los Angeles is heading into the new year strong, but will be making a noteworthy stop at New York on Dec. 30 to perform at Webster Wall for what will undoubtedly be an incredible show with his full stage production. You can grab your tickets for that here. Stream "DAMN" feat. Freddie Gibbs below, in addition to the song's super slick video. Enjoy!
