Ekali & KRANE Team Up On Heavy Trap Collaboration “Akira” [Free Download]

Krane Ekali

Ekali and KRANE (formerly KRNE) have joined forces on a new collaboration, "Akira". The heavy track has been teased for a bit and now they’ve unleashed it in full.

The song incorporates elements from both producer’s signature styles, making it a huge tune. "Akira" builds up into a wild drop filled with slashing synths and hard-hitting trap drums before slowing down into a melodic segment halfway through. It sounds like Ekali has plenty more new music on the way as he tweeted it "feels SO good to be putting out music again. More on the way. Heavy music, chill music, hour long mixes... 2017 is going to be great." Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] KRNE & Jupe Share New Trap Collaboration "Seventeen"

KRNE Seventeen Artwork

We have the pleasure of premiering Oakland-based producer KRNE’s latest collaboration "Seventeen" alongside Miami's Jupe! KRNE made a recent appearance on TSIS with his remix of Jai Wolf’s "Drive" and his flip of Baauer’s "Kung Fu" collaboration.

"Seventeen" is the second single off KRNE's upcoming album series Debris II and follows up "PCP" which was debuted in RL Grime's "Halloween V" mix. The track captures a middle eastern vibe with worldly strings, slashing synths and horn punches that come to the forefront of the drop. The hard-hitting single brings forth thumping trap-styled percussion that will get your blood pumping. Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Jai Wolf's Single "Drive" Receives Heavy Future Bass Remix By KRNE

Jai Wolf Press Shot 2016

Jai Wolf's sophomore single, "Drive" feat. The Chain Gang Of 1974, has found its rugged counterpart with KRNE's official spin on it. While the original record is composed of dreamy synths, warm kicks and euphoric future bass sequences, KRNE's remix integrates clubby house elements and darker bass progressions.

However, the California producer keeps the mystical drop by complimenting the lush synths with an added euphoric melody. TSIS has the pleasure of premiering KRNE's official remix of "Drive" on ODESZA's Foreign Family Collective imprint. This track will be part of the full remix pack out tomorrow also ft. RAC, Attom and Billboard. Enjoy!
