Party Favor & Dillon Francis - Shut It Down : Massive Moombahton / Trap Collaboration

Party Favor x Dillon Francis

Los Angeles DJ/producer Party Favor teased fans a few weeks ago with the release of his single, "Give It To Me Twice" feat. Sean Kingston and Rich The Kid, off his Party & Destroy EP and now unveils the project in its entirety. The EP involves several other notable collaborators including Dillon Francis who joins Party Favor on "Shut It Down".

The energetic track is ripe for festival play, primarily pulling elements from moombahton and trap. While Dillon Francis has been actively pushing moombah to the forefront of dance music for several years now, this is Party Favor's first go with the style. He says the following:

It was honestly such a trip working with Dillon Francis. I have been a fan of his for song long. The song took about a year to finish because both of our schedules were so hectic but once we got a chance to sit down together it was really fun. He is a extremely talented producer and we worked well together so it was easy.  Making moombah was a fun challenge for me since I'd never done it before. Fun fact: Dillon also talks to imaginary people. He was doing it the whole time we were working. He needs help...

Dillon Francis & NGHTMRE - Need You : Must Hear Collaboration

Dillon Francis NGHTMRE Need You

Los Angeles has quickly grown to be the central hub in the U.S. for dance music and today, two of the city's finest producers have come together for a massive collaboration. Dillon Francis and NGHTMRE has partnered up for a brand new single called "Need You," out on Mad Decent.

The song was premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show and showcases a moombahton backbone detailed with bass-driven synths. It's been a strong first half for both producers, with Francis remixing Tiesto's "The Right Song" and DJ Snake's "Propaganda," and NGHTMRE taking on RL Grime's "Aurora" and Tommy Trash's "Luv U Give."

[PREMIERE] Herobust - I'm Aloud EP : Epic 8 Song Trap / Dubstep EP via Mad Decent

[PREMIERE] Herobust - I'm Aloud EP : Epic 8 Song Trap / Dubstep EP via Mad Decent - Featured Image

Herobust has been releasing hit after hit and he's showing absolutely no signs of slowing down. We last featured his twerk-inciting trap banger "Booty Be Like" and "Dirty Work" shortly before that. Now with the support of Diplo's label Mad Decent, Atlanta producer Herobust releases his new I'm Aloud EP

Loaded with previously heard bangers like the hilariously punny "Skurt Reynolds" and "Bottle Swervice" the Atlanta trap star keeps his southern roots thriving. With all vocals being delivered by Herobust himself, the producer lays down classic anthemic lines fit for the latest Atlanta rap hit.

Staying in line with his fusion of trap and dubstep you'll hear nowhere else, the album is a nonstop bass party best played at very high volumes. Though Herobust throws in a surprise with the last track on the EP called "Weigh Home." Switching up the sound, he throws in a bit of a lighter, smoother track to close out the project. Steam and download I"m Aloud below. Enjoy.
