Zeds Dead Releases 9-Track Deadbeats Compilation 1

ZD Press Shot Deadbeats
Yesterday (Feb. 9), Zeds Dead shared Memorecks' single "Raging Dreams" off their label's first ever Deadbeats compilation. Today we have the nine-track compilation in full for you to stream and it features some of our favorite artists.
It features a wide away from artists coming from all different genres which makes sense as Zeds Dead has always been known for sharing all sorts of music with their fans. Their Northern Lights EP is the perfect example of this. Artists part of Deadbeats' first compilation include Rezz, Pusher, Nebbra and his single "You", SMLE, Megalodon and several others.
We're also gifted with a brand new song from Zeds Dead themselves called "Women Wine" and it's absolutely fire. It playfully starts off with a cork pop before entering a reggae-based sequence that transitions into gritty dubstep synths grinding against one another. As the song progresses, it only gets heavier so be sure to listen until the very end.
Zeds Dead's Deadbeats imprint hasn't been around for all that long but based off their debut LP the release of Nebbra's debut EP and now this diverse collection of tracks, the future seems bright for their label. Stream volume one in it's entirety below and enjoy!

Memorecks Artwork

Zeds Dead just don’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. Their recent album, Northern Lights, was the launch of their own label Deadbeats which has found time to put together their first ever Deadbeats Compilation 1. The duo has thrown together an amazing collection of artists for a nine-track compilation of original music. There’s an unreleased Zeds Dead song "Woman Wine" in there as well which is a brutal dubstep heater. The group features familiar collaborators like Megalodon and Memorecks.

Well today with the announcement of the album which is set for release tomorrow (Feb. 9), we are also pleased to be premiering the single "Raging Dreams" from Memorecks. The song is more on the chill side yet still full of bass. Listen below and enjoy!

We'd like to properly introduce you to Toronto native Memorecks, who further shows how eclectic Canadian electronic music continues to show itself. Today have we his newest single "Trouble" featuring Canadian vocalist Jenna Pemkowski, a track we first heard premiered close to a year ago in Zeds Dead's massive BBC Essential Mix. The song "Trouble" is off Memoreck's brand new EP and is a fine example of how to fuse elements of bass/trap and still being able to maintain a seriously chilled out vibe all throughout. We are lucky enough to have a full stream of the song plus a free download below. Enjoy!
