Miguel Blends R&B & Psychedelic Rock Elements On New Album ‘War & Leisure’ Ft. Travis Scott, J. Cole & More

Miguel War And Leisure

Miguel has had a nice transformation over the years. The forward-thinking artist always finds a way to push his sounds and once again has done so on his new 12-track album War & Leisure.

The album brings on features from Travis Scott, Rick Ross, J. Cole, Kali Uchis and others as they perfectly compliments his sound with their contributions. Miguel has an amazing voice he always puts on full display with this new project further delving into his hybrid sound. On his last project Wildheart, we heard Miguel explore blending elements of psychedelic rock with R&B and he progresses on this, further solidifying his signature sound. Miguel’s songwriting highlights the project that’s great from start to finish and will surely be on repeat for us. Enjoy!

J Cole Miguel

With Miguel prepping for the release of his upcoming War & Leisure album due this Friday Dec. 1, he’s shared a new track off the project. This time the R&B singer linked up with J. Cole to deliver a brand new version of “Come Through and Chill.” The original track was shared as a loose single but now they’ve added J. Cole to the track as the two project to be a perfect combo for the chill track. We previously heard Miguel’s single “Skywalker” alongside Travis Scott and are excited to hear the full LP in a few days. Enjoy!

Miguel & Travis Scott Link Up On Psychedelic Collaboration "Skywalker"

Miguel Travis Scott Sky Walker

Miguel is back with new music, and this time has teamed up with Travis Scott. We heard the two together before on the remix of "Waves" and they're back on a new collaboration titled "Sky Walker."

Miguel sounds amazing showing that he's progressed on the psychedelic sound he displayed on his last album. It's been a couple years since his project and here he switches gears to release original music after recent covers. Travis turns out to be the perfect collaboration fit for the groovy instrumental and has me hoping these two work together more. We're hoping this new single means he's getting ready for a full release, but for now this will do Enjoy!
