[PREMIERE] DROELOE Release Chill New Single “Jump” Feat. Nevve

DROELOE Jump artwork

Rising duo DROELOE first popped up on our radar roughly six months ago with their single “Bon Voyage,” a dreamy tune that incorporated glitchy synth patterns, airy vocals and steady percussion to create a unique future bass sound. The Netherlands-based artists have impressed ever since, sharing chill tracks like “See Through Me” and teaming up with San Holo to drop “Lines of the Broken,” one of the year’s most stunning tracks, via bitbird. Today we’re happy to be premiering yet another impressive track from DROELOE, “Jump” feat. Nevve, out now on Monstercat.

Most compelling about “Jump” is the extensive amount of elements seamlessly incorporated into one track. DROELOE tie together synth patterns all across the board, airy vocals and distorted vocal samples, varying percussion styles and more in a clean, masterful way, resulting in a light-hearted future bass track that’s truly innovative. “Jump” is captivating and intricate, especially for a duo that has only been in the music game for a little over a year.

It seems like DROELOE is coming into their own with each and every track they put out, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future. Check out “Jump” below and enjoy!

Syn Cole Shares Chill Future Bass Single "Sway" Featuring Nevve

Syn Cole Sway Artwork

Syn Cole’s newest release adds to the Estonian producer’s repertoire of chill, melodic beats. Featuring Nevve on vocals, “Sway” packs a punch for Cole following up tracks like an official remix from Kygo

Where “Sway” stands out from previous tracks is in its structure and tempo. Rather than his typical house style, Syn Cole opts for a chill future bass feel. Nevve’s vocals burst out from behind huge piano chords and pulsating synths, creating the perfect balance for this light and airy track. Syn Cole will be dropping a VIP mix of “Sway” soon, and we’re excited to see what other surprises he has in store. Enjoy!

Illenium Shares Uplifting Future Bass Single "Fractures" Feat. Nevve

Illenium Lights press shot

There's no question that 2016 was a breakout year for Denver-based producer Illenium. His debut album, Ashes, landed on our top 20 electronic albums of 2016 list and attracted millions of listeners with his signature future bass style.

He keeps the momentum going into 2017 with a brand new single called "Fractures" feat. Nevve that is simply beautiful. You may have previously heard Nevve on "Life Under Water" with Jerry Folk and "Catching On" with Elephante. Her feathery voice shines once again here on Illenium's latest which incorporates acoustic guitar, filtered drums and chilling orchestral strings.

He reminds us time and time again as to why he's one of the most exciting producers to watch in electronic music with his uplifting melodies filled with raw emotion. Illenium also uses some creative distortion on Nevve's vocal. We're stoked to see what else the Colorado act has in store for the rest of the year. Stream his latest tune "Fractures" below and enjoy!
