Pham & Sober Rob Share New Single “Alibi” Feat Madi via Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats Label

The latest release to come from Zeds Dead's Deadbeats label is "Alibi" by Pham and Sober Rob. The gritty electronic single features female vocalist Madi who brings extra emotion to the production with her slick vocals.

"Alibi" incorporates dark and moody ambient synths that are intercepted by a strong bassline driving the foundation of the drop. The contrast between Madi's silky vocals and the hard bassline is simply done to a tee and keeps us listening until the very end.

"We'd been doing some projects after we met in Los Angeles and there was one that caught our attention after a while. During the process we met Madi, an amazing singer. The decision was to set the sounds in contrast. We found our common creative ground with Madi: in this example the vocals became really light and instrumentation started to get gritty and hard hitting...We wanted to introduce something new, push the envelope amongst the wave of replicating sound aesthetics." -- Pham and Sober Say

Pham is someone we've been covering for a few years now and recently shared his chill trap single "Below The Surface." We first introduced Sober Rob to the site last summer with his refreshing future bass original "With Me" and have see Madi shine on several cuts like "Lilith" by Dabin and "Flutter" by Virtual Riot. It's awesome to see the three acts come together on a strong track like this, especially on a respected independent label like Deadbeats. Listen to "Alibi" below and enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Pham Shares New Chill Trap Single "Below The Surface" Ft. Blanda

Pham - Press Shot

We last heard from Pham at the tail-end of 2016 with his silky smooth release, "Talk To Me", on Majestic Casual Recordings. The up-and-coming Polish producer now returns with a chilled out trap single titled "Below The Surface" (feat. Blanda) being premiered here on TSIS.

The track is filled with hard-hitting drums, dreamy ambient layers and a gentle vocal that's chopped up and changes pitch throughout. When it comes to the meaning and purpose behind the track, Pham said the following:

"...being a producer is one thing but trying to encapsulate a message within is something that is optional. The feeling of pressure, confusion reminds me of being underwater. That's why you hear that inhale right at the beginning of the track and the exhale at the end. The whole concept was to create sounds and melodies that are sonically compatible with an experience "Below The Surface."

Pham's attention to detail is really impressive and gives listeners a vivid, cinematic experience that engages more than just one sense. You can check out the premiere of his new single below. Enjoy!

Pham Shares Refreshing New Future Bass Single & Music Video For "Talk To Me" Ft. Anuka

PHAM Talk To me Press Shot

Polish Producer Pham is back with his latest release "Talk To Me" feat. female vocalist Anuka. The relaxing tune has arrived via Majestic Casual Records and follows up his recent remix of Danny Brown’s "Blunt After Blunt".

The new single is a super chill tune that combines Pham’s gentle productions with Anuka's dreamy vocals. Interestingly enough, Pham wrote "Talk To Me" with the intention to create a cold chord progression during a Miami heat wave. The downtempo track is carried by chill trap percussion and sedated melodies that pair nicely with Anuka’s sensual vocals.

Given the song's vivid imagery, it's only appropriate that it come with a music video. The hypnotic, blue-toned music video showcases a girl in her bedroom dancing and bending her body in every way possible. Enjoy!
