PREMIERE | Pluko Shines On Lush New Instrumental Single "pink." Via Foreign Family Collective

pluko pink art

Rising producer pluko has been making quite the wave as of late. Formally known as Pluto, the young producer was introduced to the site last year at 16-years-old with his single “Surface”. Since, he has landed an official remix for Hayden James and become the latest signee to ODESZA’s powerhouse label, Foreign Family Collective, with his recent single “Asleep”. In anticipation of his debut album dropping this summer, tomorrow pluko is releasing a double-single package titled “need ya (Ft. Nevve) / pink”. However, the TSIS camp is fortunate enough to be able to give our readers an exclusive listen to “pink.” ahead of the official release.

The song is an epic instrumental that carries listeners through an introspective experience. A fluttering underlying synth-line creates the atmosphere for which an angelic melody resides.

Climaxing with dramatic drums and sinking synths, “pink.” Exhibits pluko’s innovative song-writing and crisp sound design. The release comes at a good time as pluko is slated to play his biggest show to date next week, supporting ODESZA at Red Rocks. Enjoy!

PREMIERE | Ghastly Shows Production Versatility On Colorful Single "LSD" Off Of His Debut Album

ghastly lsd

Dynamic electronic artist Ghastly recently announced the completion of his debut album The Mystifying Oracle and today we're excited to be premiering “LSD”, the first song off of the project. We can't wait for the full LP, which is promised to deliver on a versatile blend of house, trap, and Ghastly’s own unique brand of electronica he likes to term “pretty sh*t”.

“LSD” is a vibrant, energetic track that deftly combines retro vibes with cutting edge future bass production. The cinematic buildup layers melodic, full bass tones with chopped up kicks and an attention-grabbing lead synth that wouldn’t sound out of place in a video game soundtrack. The drop is a colorful explosion of energy that hits the listener over and over again with an expertly produced wall of melodic bass.

Ghastly has announced a 25-date nationwide tour with brand new stage production and retro horror film aesthetic. Grab tickets here and give his 2018 Holy Ship set a listen to get an early taste of his performance. Enjoy!

[PREMIERE] Herobust Releases New Heavy Trap Single "Vertebreaker" From Upcoming EP

herobust press shot 2017

We're only a few days into the new year, but long time supported trap specialist Herobust already has big plans in store. The Atlanta-based artist tweeted yesterday (Jan. 3) that he has a new EP and tour on the way! TSIS has the pleasure of premiering his first single of 2017, "Vertebreaker", and it's title reflects how hard it goes.

The production boasts a rigid structure that's powered by glass breaking samples, hard-hitting bass kicks and forceful horns. The vocal on the track is actually recorded by Herobust himself. "Vertebreaker" is a relentless trap banger that leaves us incredibly excited for what else he has planned this year. He says the following about the track and upcoming EP:

"People know the BUSTED sound by now.  It's going to be hard.  It's going to be weird, and it's going to have that dirty south swag.  My new EP, Vertebreaker, features all these elements, but it takes the hip-hop aspect to a whole new level.  I'm rapping and singing more than ever before.  Some songs play like EDM bangers, while others have a straight up rap vibe.  I'm so proud of the result and I can't wait to share these tunes with y'all."

In 2016, he dropped his game-changing I'm Aloud EP, along with a string of heavy releases like "No Time" with LAXX and a remix of Knife Party's "Destroy Them With Lazers". Stream the premiere of "Vertebreaker" and a list of his upcoming tour dates below. Enjoy!
