Rich Brian (Formerly Rich Chigga) Shares Debut Album 'Amen' Ft. Joji & Offset

Rich Brian Amen

Rich Brian, the Rapper formerly known as Rich Chigga has now released his debut studio album, Amen. The 14-track project includes features from the incredibly talented Joji, who has blown us away since releasing serious music after years of doing comedy videos and songs as Filthy Frank and Pink Guy.

Brian also links up with Migos' Offset on "Attention" and shows a unmistakeable chemistry with each collaborator on the album. The young Indonesian rapper has been vocal about his concerns about his music being taken seriously when he first started, and with his quality of music he's definitely earned his respect. His deep voice and chopped flow are enjoyable throughout, but where he really shines is his production. He has a way of crafting beats that have hard-hitting 808s and percussion while placing dreamy, bright melodies beside them coming together in a unique way. "Glow Like Dat" was one of the singles that remains one of the highlights of "Amen" while his new song "Introvert" with Joji is one of the other early standouts. It's exciting whenever we hear a project of this quality come from a teenager and can't wait to see where his career goes from here. Enjoy!

Rich Brian (Fka Rich Chigga) Drops Wild Album Single "18" Ft. Baauer, Joji, Trippie Redd & Kris Wu

Rich Brian Joji Baauer Trippie

Rich Brian, the rapper and producer formerly known as Rich Chigga, is getting ready for his much anticipated debut album Amen. Just shortly after announcing his name change, Brian has just unleashed a massive collaboration "18" with production by Baauer  and huge features from some of our favorite rising artists.

Brian is really making moves and put together an all-star cast of rising artists on this including the quickly exploding Trippie Redd, Chinese star Kris Wu and Joji, who started out as a viral internet comedian going by Filthy Frank and Pink Guy before putting those personalities to rest to focus on his serious music project. Interestingly, Baauer's "Harlem Shake" went viral starting with Joji's video, and now the two have come together on a track years later.

It's amazing to see how far Rich Brian has come from a viral sensation to being taken seriously for his impressive music. With all these artists on one track, they somehow maintain a high level of cohesiveness that will surely be on replay for us. It sounds like Baaur takes on production for the first part of the song while there's a beat switch taking a more chill direction sounding like Brian's production for Joji and Trippie Redd to close out the track on a melodic note. Stay tuned for the full album to drop Feb. 2. Enjoy!

Rich Chigga Brian See Me

Rich Chigga... is now known as Brian. The Indonesian rapper found viral fame through his song "Dat $tick" and different rappers' reactions to the song's music video. He followed up this song with a spree of impressive songs and has just shared the news of his artist name change as he preps for the release of his debut album Amen due Feb. 2.

The 18-year-old's real name is Brian Imanuel, and he's said multiple times in the past he doesn't like the name Rich Chigga, so this change of direction isn't a total surprise.
