Skrillex Returns On Vocals For From First To Last : Listen To Preview Of New Unreleased Track Here

From First To Last Skrillex

Earlier this year, Skrillex brought the emo teen out in all of us when he reunited with former band From First To Last on a brand new single. The following month we were hit with another huge piece of news, that Sonny Moore would be rejoining FFTL. Today, we’ve witnessed another big step in this process as video of an unreleased FFTL song featuring vocals from Skrillex has just surfaced.

Last time we saw the names Skrillex and “Emo Nite” together was back in February when Sonny and FFTL performed together for the first time in over 10 years. But this last Sunday (December 3) at Emo Nite’s three-year anniversary, while Skrillex was not physically present, his vocals were as FFTL guitarist Matt Good leaked a brand new single titled “Surrender” during his DJ set. While the quality of the livestream capture and fan-shot video is less than perfect, we’re still loving the new track and hoping it sees the light of day soon. Check out a snippet of the unreleased single below and enjoy!

Skrillex & Nero’s Classic Collab “Promises” Gets New Life From PRI$MO On A Heavy New Remix

Prismo Nero Skrillex

After taking a little break from releasing music, Prismo is back with another hybrid-trap heater. Prismo first started turning heads just a couple of years ago when he started firing off his trappy remixes for popular hip-hop tracks like Fetty Wap’s “Trap Queen” and “My Way” and Father’s “Look At Wrist” and made his way on the site again earlier this year for the premiere of his single "Smile."

This time around, however, Prismo decided to put his spin on an all-time electronic classic, “Promises” by Nero and Skrillex. The result is a fresh, banging approach that is executed flawlessly through thick, screeching synths and heavy, knocking bass, all while retaining the nostalgia of the original. This track was apparently created as a secret weapon to use in his DJ sets, but it’s now a free download for any of us to enjoy whenever we want, so cop it while you can!

PRI$MO also noted in the description that this was released as a part of his “Prizmas” series, so stay tuned. We can’t wait to see what he decides to “prismodify” next. Enjoy!

Naderi Shares Must Hear Gritty Future Bass Remix Of Skrillex's "Would You Ever" Collab With Poo Bear

Naderi Skrillex Remix

Just a few months ago, Skrillex blessed us with one of the more infectious singles we’ve heard all year on his “Would You Ever” collaboration alongside Poo Bear. Now one of our favorite rising artists Naderi has taken on the track for an incredible new remix.

Naderi previously took on Skrillex production on his remix of the ZHU, Skrillex & THEY. collaboration “Working For It” and is back at it for more. We’ve been keeping an eye on Naderi this year as he continually impresses us with each new release. He’s been on a roll with his remixes this year putting his magic touch on tracks by Big Gigantic, THEY. and his collaboration with Alison Wonderland as a cover of Ed Sheeran.

The mysterious Australian always delivers an expansive sound design and this new one is no different. Utilizing the vocals of the original track, Naderi crafts his new productions around them to create something entirely new from the ground up. He crafts a irresistible drop that pairs shimmering synths with crunching basstones placed alongside each other complimented by well-timed vocal chops. Per usual, Naderi stepped up to the task and really delivered unique new track we'll surely be coming back to. Enjoy!
