Snails Joins Forces With Wooli On Heavy New Bass-Packed Single “Snailephant”

It seems both Snails & Wooli have had a great deal of fun teasing this new monstrosity. Having joked about a Snail x Elephant project for quite some time, today the two have finally released their heavy new collaboration “Snailephant”.

With Wooli coming off his mammoth, well, Mammoth EP and Snails having just announced his SLIMEAGEDDON project on the way, the Snailephant duo couldn’t have chosen a better time to unleash this latest offering. Starting off with some slow ominous choral chants, the ancient Snailephant legend slowly unfolds, quickly whipping the track into an explosive dubstep drop filled with deep, guttural growls, shrill metallic screeches and powerful booming bass. Check out “Snailephant” below and catch Snails on his Shell 2.0 Tour in a city near you. Enjoy!

Snails Joins Forces With Boogie T On Heavy, Soulful New Dub-Fusion Single “Redline”

Snails is one artists that always seems to be working on something. Having recently dropped a remix album following up his debut project, shook Red Rocks to its core for Sluggopia II and unveiled an insane new holographic stage for his Shell 2.0 tour, today the Canadian producer has teamed up with Boogie T on an incredible new single “Redline”.

We’re seriously starting to wonder when the Canadian DJ sleeps (if at all) - as following up his recent single with Zeds Dead, this latest offering only continues upon his streak of heavy new collabs. Filled with dark, ominous horns, warbling guitar riffs, gritty pulsing bass and Boogie T’s lush vocals, “Redline” perfectly combines both Boogie’s unique soulful-dub and Snails’ heavy bass sounds. We really couldn’t have hoped for a better collab from the two. Check out “Redline” below and make sure to catch Snails in a city near you on his Shell 2.0 Tour. Enjoy!

Watch SNAILS INSANE New Holographic Stage

snails the shell 2

We’ve seen some truly crazy stage production over the years. From Skrillex’s iconic mothership to Kanye’s floating stage, deadmau5's various cube productions and even Big Gigantic debuting their 3D visuals at Red Rocks a few weeks ago. Now Snails has stepped things up on his new Shell 2.0 tour, bringing some INSANE production with him.

Snails has unleashed some wild holographic visuals for his tour, with him standing behind what looks like a semi-transparent LED screen and in front of a second screen giving the stage more depth than your standard visuals. We’ve seen Eric Prydz do some holographic production and Flying Lotus had a similar setup with the transparent screen in the past, and now Snails is bringing his crazy visuals like never before. The actual animations are just straight mind-blowing using what looks like videogame scenes to bring his monstrous music to life. Check out the videos below, but those don’t do it justice as it’s something you just need to experience for yourself. Enjoy!
