The 18-year-old artist has been making a name for himself through his singles and collaborations with artists like Brasstracks on "Whirlwind" and Alina Baraz on "Electric". The soulful tune has a relaxing instrumental filled with organic drums that build throughout the song. Stream & Download Sampha’s Amazing Must Hear Debut Album ‘Process’ : Electronic R&B

Sampha Process Artwork

Over the years, Sampha has made a name for himself through his collaborations with other talented artists. He’s previously worked with Frank Ocean, Kanye West, Drake, SBTRKT, Solange and many others. Sampha's voice is what sets him apart, making him an incredible artist that created this demand from high-profile artists to get him on their songs. Now he’s finally delivered his full-length debut album Process delivered via Young Turks.

While he's done solo work before with EPs, this serves as his first full-length release. The 10-track project from the UK singer, writer and producer proves himself as a solo artist. His dreamy vocals shine atop the versatile production. Some tracks are simply him singing with a piano while others bring electronic productions including chill trap influences as the instrumentals are relaxingly melodic throughout. His soulful, unique vocals steals the show throughout the project displaying an incredible amount of emotion.

Process was co-produced alongside Rodaidh McDonald, who works with XL Recordings and was the co-producer with Jaime xx on the new The xx album. The 27-year-old Sampha delivered a cohesive album filled with powerful emotion as his songs touch on honest self reflection while displaying his warming vocals. We’re loving this album already and excited to see where Sampha’s career goes from here. Enjoy!

Watch Gallant’s Impressive 'Tiny Desk Concert’ Performance

Gallant Tiny Desk Screen Shot

TSIS regular Gallant has taken his insane vocal talents to NPR for an impressive Tiny Desk Concert performance with a guest appearance from Chicago rapper Saba. The Tiny Desk series brings artists into a room to play stripped-down version of their songs in a crammed space, and proves to be a great choice for the latest edition of NPR's series.

Gallant and his band kicked off the performance with "Bourbon", where Saba delivered a new verse as a natural fit on Gallant’s album single. For those unfamiliar with Saba you might remember him from his collaboration with Chance The Rapper on "Angels". Next Gallant played a live version of "Skipping Stones" where Dani Ivory stepped in to sing Jhene Aiko’s part of the song. He finished it off with his breakout hit "Weight In Gold", which sounded great as always.

In case you missed it, Anderson .Paak also delivered a next-level performance on the Tink Desk Concert series recently you should check out. Here Gallant showed off his impressive vocals that somehow sound just as good live as they do in the studio. Enjoy!
