It’s a good day to be a basshead, as the day has finally come for Excision to drop his new album! With Lost Lands and Paradox At The Rocks just around the corner, today we’re preparing for bass-annihilation with the Canadian-producers appropriately titled fifth full-length album, Apex.

When Excision announced he would be dropping his new album this month, we knew it was gonna be packed with fire, but we didn’t expect this level of heat. With two features from Sullivan King, two from longtime collaborator Space Laces, three from Dion Timmer and more from numerous others, this project will definitely be blowing speakers and breaking necks worldwide. Although included on the album are Excisions recently released singles “Gold (Stupid Love)” and “Home”, from trap to dubstep and even future bass, there's something for everyone on this new 14-track project. Check out Apex below and enjoy!

Snails & Kill The Noise Team Up On Ridiculously Heavy New Dubstep Track "Shake The Ground” (feat. Sullivan King & Jonah Kay)

We’ve been waiting quite some time for this one to see the light of day! Soon after the inception of Snails and Kill The Noise’s super-duo Kill The Snails back in 2016, an collab only known as “Fuck It” began making its way into heavy bass sets everywhere (including the intro to Kill The Noise’s 2017 Killuminati Mixtape). Now, Snails and Kill The Noise may have just dropped arguably the hardest dubstep track of 2018, with the official release of the enigmatic collab, titled "Shake The Ground" featuring Sullivan King & Jonah Kay.

"We wanted to try something new and different on this one and bring our metal and rock n' roll roots into the song. The energy of the crowds when we drop this song at festivals is what makes it all worth it. Really, really proud of this one!" - Snails

Coming as the first release on Snails’ new label, Slugz Music, believe us when we say this one is an absolute monster. Blasting off to a start with some thumping percussion, gritty, distorted vocals and crunchy guitar riffs courtesy of dubstep/metal heavyweights Sullivan King & Jonah Kay, this latest offering will undoubtedly serve to set the aesthetic of Slugz Music. Filled with abrasive, guttural growls, skittering metallic hits, explosive bass and deafening crowd chants throughout the entirety of the track, even the most seasoned bassheads won’t be prepared for the second drop... Check out "Shake The Ground" below and for those headed to HARD Summer in August, make sure to catch Snails and Kill The Noise's special Kill The Snails set during day two. Enjoy!

PREMIERE : BadKlaat Delivers Insane Dubstep Remix Of Riot Ten's "Pit Boss" Via Dim Mak

Badklaat remix

The next wave of dubstep is rapidly gathering steam with constant sound design innovations from up & coming producers like BadKlaat. This U.K. based producer is hot off of two banging original releases on SKisM’s powerhouse dubstep label Never Say Die and has been busy cranking out remixes for star-studded remix albums like Excision’s The Virus and Datsik’s Monster. Now they've unleashed some heat taking on Riot Ten for a fresh new remix via Dim Mak.

BadKlaat has now made it onto TSIS for his remix of Riot Ten & Sullivan King’s track “Pit Boss” ft. DJ Paul. If you’re someone who’s looking to ride the rail at your local dubstep event then this remix will hit the spot. BadKlaat blends the originals’ aggressive vocals into a chaotic buildup before collapsing the track into a deceptively simple drop that relentlessly hits the listener with percussive force. A bit later BadKlaat takes us under the hood of his sound by drawing out each hit with devastating effect. This release is coming early off Riot Ten's forthcoming EP "The Dead" which drops on Friday, Feb. 16. Riot Ten is also appearing on Datsik's Ninja Nation tour, see dates below. Enjoy!
