Tennyson Delivers Playful & Experimental 6-Track ‘Uh Oh!’ EP Via OWSLA

Tennyson Uh Oh EP

It’s been about two years since we had the pleasure of introducing brother/sister production team Tennyson to the site, but it seems they’ve been hard at work since. With a Skrillex, Mr. Carmack and Taylor Bennett collab already under their belts, Luke & Tess are definitely not a duo to be slept on. Today, they’ve shared a brand new full length project - an EP titled Uh Oh!

Following up their last full length project, Luke & Tess have beautifully expanded upon their delightfully upbeat instrumental sound with their new 6-track EP. Filled with lush atmospheric soundscapes, playful acoustic percussion, whimsical synth melodies and even a feature from Aloe Blacc, Uh Oh! embodies a delicate yet passionate sound, unique to its originators. Check out a behind the scenes video of Tennyson’s standout single, “Cry Bird”, and stream their full Uh Oh! EP below. Enjoy!

Taylor Bennett Shares New 9-Track Album Ft. His Brother Chance The Rapper, Jeremih, Tennyson & More

Taylor Bennett Chance Jeremih

Taylor Bennett is best-known as Chance The Rapper’s younger brother, but he’s been making a name for himself as an artist. Now he’s delivered his new nine-track project Restoration of an American Idol with features from Chance The Rapper, Jeremih, Lil Yachty, Raury, Luke Tennyson of Tennyson and more.

Taylor and his brother Chance collaborated before on "Broad Shoulders" and are back at it on the Mike Will-produced "Grown Up Fairy Tales" with the help of Jeremih, who’s racked quite a few collabs with Chance including a surprise Christmas mixtape. Following in his brother Chance’s footsteps, Restoration of an American Idol is available for free now on Soundcloud. The 21-year-old certainly grabbed a nice collection of guest artists on his latest as he continues to make a name for himself. Enjoy!

Mr. Carmack & Tennyson Deliver 3-Track EP Made in 3 Days Ft. BJ The Chicago Kid

Carmack Tennyson BJ

Mr. Carmack and Tennyson have teamed up for three new songs following a challenge from Red Bull for the artists to make three songs in three days. We previously covered the first song “Tuesday” and now we have “Wednesday” & “Thursday”, which features BJ The Chicago Kid

Their productions capture a chilled-out vibe throughout the three tracks as they impress us with their ability to create these high-quality productions in such a short time. The first two tracks “Tuesday” and “Wednesday” are relaxing instrumentals built on many layers of smooth melodies. “Thursday” switches things up as they connect with BJ The Chicago Kid on the soulful collaboration finishing the series. Enjoy!
