Snails & Kill The Noise Team Up On Ridiculously Heavy New Dubstep Track "Shake The Ground” (feat. Sullivan King & Jonah Kay)

kill the noise snails

We’ve been waiting quite some time for this one to see the light of day! Soon after the inception of Snails and Kill The Noise’s super-duo Kill The Snails back in 2016, an collab only known as “Fuck It” began making its way into heavy bass sets everywhere (including the intro to Kill The Noise’s 2017 Killuminati Mixtape). Now, Snails and Kill The Noise may have just dropped arguably the hardest dubstep track of 2018, with the official release of the enigmatic collab, titled "Shake The Ground" featuring Sullivan King & Jonah Kay.

"We wanted to try something new and different on this one and bring our metal and rock n' roll roots into the song. The energy of the crowds when we drop this song at festivals is what makes it all worth it. Really, really proud of this one!" - Snails

Coming as the first release on Snails’ new label, Slugz Music, believe us when we say this one is an absolute monster. Blasting off to a start with some thumping percussion, gritty, distorted vocals and crunchy guitar riffs courtesy of dubstep/metal heavyweights Sullivan King & Jonah Kay, this latest offering will undoubtedly serve to set the aesthetic of Slugz Music. Filled with abrasive, guttural growls, skittering metallic hits, explosive bass and deafening crowd chants throughout the entirety of the track, even the most seasoned bassheads won’t be prepared for the second drop... Check out "Shake The Ground" below and for those headed to HARD Summer in August, make sure to catch Snails and Kill The Noise's special Kill The Snails set during day two. Enjoy!

SNAILS Delivers His Insane, Must Hear Debut Album 'The Shell' Ft. Big Gigantic, Waka Flocka, NGHTMRE & More

SNAILS The Shell Album Art

The vomit has arrived. We’ve been excitedly waiting for SNAILS debut album The Shell, and now it’s here in all its glory. The 12-track project marks a monumental moment in the vomitstep pioneer’s career as he also just wrapped up his biggest headline show to date.

We had the pleasure of presenting SNAILS’ one-day Sluggtopia festival at Red Rocks where he played out the full album for the first time in addition to unveiling his absolutely insane new stage design he’s bring on tour (see Red Rocks recap here). The Shell builds on his forward-thinking, signature sound bringing on collaborations from Collie BuddzWaka Flocka FlameNGHTMREBig GiganticMAX, HYTYDForeign BeggarsSarah HudsonDion TimmerKLP, Liam Cormier (of the band Cancer Bats), Travis Richter (of band From First To Last).

SNAILS has been a one-of-a-kind artist from day one. Now he’s crafted a project that’s just as wild as you could ever imagine from the Montreal-based producer that truly pushes the limits of sound design. His epic drops and unique gargling synths are as prevalent as ever. We hear SNAILS evolve his song structure involving a diverse cast of collaborators while keeping his out-of-this world production at the forefront of each track. Be sure to catch him on tour (dates below) and enjoy!

[PREMIERE] SNAILS & Pegboard Nerds - Deep In The Night (Barely Alive Remix) : Heavy Dubstep

SNAILS - Deep In The Night (Barely Alive Remix) [Cover Art]

Barely Alive keeps the music coming with an official remix of SNAILS and Pegboard Nerds' heavy collaboration "Deep In The Night". This release follows the Barely Alive's heavy dubstep single "CA$H" on OWSLA and they keep the bass filth rolling with their latest release via Monstercat.

Barely Alive transforms the vomitstep weapon into a dubstep banger that's surrounded by cinematic drums, high-pitched bells and metallic bass synths that blend in perfectly with the original track's gargling lead synth. "Deep In The Night" has also received the remix treatment from talented acts Dion Timmer and Muzzy so be sure to check their takes on the song as well. Listen to the premiere of Barely Alive's heavy remix of "Deep In The Night" by SNAILS and Pegboard Nerds below. Enjoy!
