We have a really unique one for you today from the Japan-born, London-based producer, Anchorsong. The seasoned producer has been releasing music steadily over the past decade, and we’re very happy to have come across his music in time for us to share his fourth studio album, Mirage.
This album is full of amazingly splendid instrumentals that span a wide range of tempos. Each one radiates a wholesome vibe, constructed with a myriad of different instruments. All together, due to the compositional talents of Anchorsong, they form a close-knit sound that constantly keeps you on your toes. Each track flows seamlessly into one another, yet it’s surprising to hear so many unique approaches on the same project.
There’s one track that features the rhythmic vocals of Bookend, and that one, titled “The Ocean,” might be our favorite tune off Mirage.
