Watch Bonobo Drop Unreleased Edits From ‘Migration’ In Hourlong Boiler Room Set | FULL VIDEO

Grammy-nominated artist and TSIS favorite Bonobo teamed up with none other than Boiler Room to put on a pop-up show in New York this past weekend and release the hourlong mix in its entirety online. Bonobo pushed his career to new heights last year with his incredible new album Migration, which earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album and a very strong number three spot on our TSIS Top 20 Electronic Albums of 2017 list. In 2018 he’ll be taking his beautiful studio creation on tour and so far you’ll be able to catch him at CRSSD Fest and Buku Music + Art Project.

Bonobo is known for his intricate soundscapes that blend the organic and the synthetic, and in this set he takes attendees at the intimate venue on a sonic journey. The video shows a packed room with Bonobo and his equipment surrounded on all sides by an enthusiastic crowd as he works his magic. He delivers special cuts from Migration that vary in energy and intensity but always drive the show forward. Make sure to watch till the end: to celebrate a set well-spun Bonobo closes out with his album standout “Kerala”. Enjoy!
