Channel Tres is one of the most versatile artists on our radar right now. He raps, he sings, he dances, and he’s one hell of a producer, too. Today, he lets his producer flag fly with the release of a brand new project titled refresh.
refresh is a full-on beat tape that, according to Channel Tres, he made while on tour with Thundercat. The two went on a massive tour all over the US in 2021, and Channel Tres had been using his downtime productively.
This new project features seven new songs, all fully instrumental. While Channel might not be singing or rapping on these tracks, they are fully complete in their own right, with an average length of around five minutes apiece.
