It seems like Dillon Francis just might never take a year off. Not only was 2017 a tremendous year for him, but it’s looking like 2018 may be even bigger. Dillon recently took to social media to announce that he is currently finishing up an album that will be out next year. He hasn’t given any further details on the project yet, but we can rest easy knowing that Dillon will continue doing what he does best during the upcoming year.
This album announcement comes at the end of a huge 2017. Whether he’s busting out massive collaborations with EDM juggernauts like NGHTMRE or Flosstradamus, headlining festivals like Snowglobe, or appearing on Viceland’s What Would Diplo Do?, we do know one thing: Dillon Francis loves staying busy. What would be a more appropriate way to close out 2017 than to announce more new music?
Could this be the rumored “Spanish-language EDM album” that he spoke about just a couple months ago? Or could this be a sequel to his debut studio album Money Sucks, Friends Rule? It looks like only time will tell, but with all the work Dillon put in for 2017, we can be patient.
