EDDIE‘s arrival on HypoVizion not only sparked a new period of excitement for the producer, but also an exploration of deeper, darker sound design. Focusing on slower BPMs and more bass-heavy arrangements, EDDIE enters a new era with Onzeker Kraft Vol. 1.
EDDIE shares two new tracks on the EP, embracing vastly different facets of his signature sound. “No Tomorrow” finds EDDIE demonstrating his production prowess through the curation of dynamic builds and emotive interludes. Vocals from The Articurians give a dramatic flair to the track, as EDDIE provides the launching pad for the vocals to shine. “Apparatus” embodies a more familiar side of the producer we have come to love, with saturated bass drops making an especially impactful presence.
EDDIE commented on the new EP, sharing:
Quite simply, this is the most effort I’ve put into a project. It’s got a heavy festival trippy feel to it with sprinkles of melodic sections and emotive vocals. I couldn’t be more hyped for everyone to get down to this new era of the EDDIE sound.
