Flume is getting ready to drop a new album. The Aussie revealed this news in a series of tweets yesterday when discussing his ongoing NFT project with visual artist Jonathan Zawada. Flume is once again working with Zawada on the cover art for this new album, which he casually mentions in passing.
Our last NFT drop for a minute – previewing some of the new album visuals – on @niftygateway this Sunday.
I recently moved back to Australia and have found myself living just down the road from @JonathanZawada after we respectively spent a number of years in LA.

This would be the follow up to his highly successful 2019 project, Hi This Is Flume, which saw Flume branch out in terms of sound design and experimentation. Through this NFT collaboration with Zawada, Flume has supplied some next-level audio, perhaps hinting that this new album could see him going even further into left field.
With Flume, Skin, and Hi This Is Flume, the Aussie is yet to miss, so we’re here for it regardless fo which direction he takes his sound.
