G Jones goes beyond the usual composition of buildups and drops. The five different tracks on this new EP twist and turn in ways that we can barely fathom. One moment we’re caught in a dream-like sonic landscape, the next we’re being pulled through a bassy wormhole. It’s hard to keep up, but that may very well be the point.
