What else can we say about GRiZ that we haven’t said already? We’re still processing from his shocking announcement to take an indefinite hiatus from music but we knew he still had a few tricks up his sleeve for us before that time comes. Today, he’s releasing his brand new single “SAXORiDDiM.”
Those who’ve seen GRiZ perform over the last few months will immediately recognize the ID from his sets. As the title suggests and in true GRiZ fashion, “SAXORiDDiM” plays right into the riddim genre filled with wonky wubs, funky sax lines, and and enormous amount of bass.
