Kasbo once again shows off his ability to recreate songs from the core on his latest remix. The 20 year old Swedish producer has received the honor of creating his own version of Big Gigantic’s “The Little Things” feat. Angela McCluskey as the first ever official remix of a Big Gigantic song.
Kasbo has been on a hot streak of standout remixes as he follows up strong versions of The Temper Trap’s “Fall Together” and MUTEMATH’s “Monument”. Big G’s original track recently appeared on their Brighter Future album and has gone on to rack up over 9 million streams. The album’s biggest song has been given a facelift by the young producer to sound like an entirely new tune.
The production was stripped down and built from scratch with a dreamy foundation of euphoric, evolving sound design and a touch of mystical, worldly flutes. This rendition packs an emotional complexity that has just the right touch of dance elements while highlighting Angela McCluskey’s vocals. In addition, Kasbo will be joining Big G this weekend for their Rowdytown event at Red Rocks. Enjoy!
