New Video of Pretty Lights Rehearsing Live Show Surfaces

||, |,

It’s been a long since fans have been able to see Pretty Lights perform live. The beloved artist hasn’t made a public, in-person appearance in over three years, but there is now reason to believe that his hiatus could come to a close.

This past Friday, October 22, Denver-based artist Mux Mool (who opened for PL at his last Red Rocks show) posted a video on Twitter of him and Pretty Lights working on music together. The setup features some of the equipment that we’ve seen Pretty Lights use during his live performances. In the video, they’re in the middle of a jam session in PL’s studio in New Orleans.

Since his hiatus, this is one of the only videos we’ve seen of Pretty Lights, aka Derek Vincent Smith, that has surfaced on social media.

There hasn’t been any other info revealed about the session, however Mux Mool did comment in a social post that he will be returning to New Orleans “shortly.”

You can check out the video of Pretty Lights and Mux Mool rehearsing in the studio together below. Enjoy!
