Nick Andre has recruited a dream team of talent for his new song “Life Is Awesome.” Lil B, Zion I, and Casual (from Hieroglyphics) come together on this tune to make an all-star lineup of Bay Area rappers.
The supergroup have crafted a ridiculously smooth groove with a classic hip-hop feel to it. This one takes us back to some of the best times in the Bay Area’s rich history of underground rap, which has always featured a slew of talent.
It’s no surprise the Nick Andre has the connects to make this collab happen, as the San Francisco producer is one of the founders of prolific Bay Area hip hop label, Slept On Records. In addition to the artists featured on “Life Is Awesome,” Nick Andre has also worked with Gift of Gab (Blackalicious), Bicaso (Living Legends), and more.
