Atlanta-based bass producer OkayJake has been on a tear of heavy-hitting releases since he changed his name from Kick. He made his first TSIS appearance last year with his impressive debut EP and is back with his newest single, “Palisades.”
“Palisades” explores the darker side of OkayJake’s creative mind as a hauntingly beautiful sonic journey. There’s plenty of distortion to counteract the melodic synths and otherworldly bass. OkayJake’s inspiration for the track comes from an eerie hike at Palisades and his ability to evoke vivid imagery of a natural landscape is a testament to his unique production talent.
