Paris Green Displays His Haunting, Progressive Sound on Debut Album’s Lead Single “Redrum”

|||

Hailing from Amsterdam, Paris Green began making music in 2017 but has already caught the attention of the likes of melodic masterminds Kölsch and Damian Lazarus. His debut album Fear is due out in late July via Needwant Records, and he’s giving fans a taste of what’s to come with the record’s first single, “Redrum”. This vibey little house track has us eager to see what other grooves he has cooked up.

“Redrum” is a beautiful blend of progressive and deep house. Paris Green adds shimmering synths to formulate a rich and fancy melody that goes through peaks and valleys, but keeps a steady, danceable rhythm the whole way through. Clocking in at over five minutes, this is the kind of track you can properly lose yourself to under some strobe lights.

You can listen to “Redrum” below, and keep your ears peeled for the album’s next single “Angels”, coming later this week. Enjoy!
