Covex has been on our radar for a minute now, and we love seeing him pave his own path in music. That’s why we’re excited to premiere his euphoric new single, “I Won’t Run Away,” featuring Lexi Shanley, off his Learning To Love EP scheduled to release entirely in mid June.
The tone is tender from the start, building upon a serene acoustic guitar line. Covex and Lexi Shanley trade heartfelt verses in this sublime love song, separated by a tranquilly energetic chorus of dancing bass and chimes.
The beauty of this track comes from the impressive amount of emotion conveyed through such controlled composition. This offering is simply sublime and enough to make anyone envision a life filled with love.
