PREMIERE | Din & Vic Brandish No-Nonsense Tech House Weapon, “Slumped”

|||,

Nicky Romero’s label, Protocol, has been finding some heat during their live demo:drop episodes live on Twitch. The veteran EDM act, alongside his label partner, go through demo submissions that they’re sent, and give feedback for tracks live, on the spot. Some of these tracks end up getting signed to Protocol, and we are pumped to premiere one of those for you today.

The latest track to get signed is a tune called “Slumped” from Dutch duo Din & Vic. This tune is a straight-to-business tech house banger that was engineered to be strictly a dancefloor weapon. This filthy, upbeat number has everything you need: a thick bass line, scattered laser sounds, an obscure vocal sample, and just the right amount of energy.

Fans of the sound artists like Chris Lake and FISHER are pushing are going to really dig this one.

You can get an exclusive first listen of the new Din & Vic track, “Slumped,” below. Enjoy!
