DMVU is evolving his musical vision. The Denver bass bringer is typically wielding more calamitous composition, but today’s premiere finds him in a more placid head space. Coming to us via Dome of Doom, “Moon Mask” is a tripped out downtempo single off DMVU’s upcoming album, Praise Be Delusion or, The Ripple.
Do not fear the hauntingly pitched vocal that greets you at the down beat. Its spell is to be welcomed with peace and open arms. The ensuing beat and cosmic glints grant us solace within the confines of this meditative track, and once you relinquish control to the entrancing sound waves, unfettered calm will be achieved.
