[PREMiERE] EDEN – Billie Jean (Michael Jackson Cover) : Must Hear Cover [Free Download]

We'd like to welcome a new face to TSIS. Going simply by EDEN, the 19 year old Irish artist who both sings and produces has been making waves online this past year through a variety of online uploads and a recent End Credits EP that was just released with Mr. Suicide Sheep's label.

Today the young artist made the very bold move of covering "Billie Jean" by Michael Jackson, one of the most iconic pop songs of all time. His audacious move paid off though as he managed to completely reimagine the song, delivering an instrumental packed full with a mixture of organic instruments and electronic influence. First starting with acapella harmonies, the song evolves as piano lines and guitar strumming get added to the track while a distorted 8-bit sounding breakdown reveals a throwback to his original breakout song "XO."

The harmonies and piano/guitar riffs act as the perfect background for his own vocals to shine through on- simutaneously paying homage to the originial song while offering his own brilliant spin. We are extremely excited to premiere this and also provide an exclusive free download. Enjoy!
