We have an exclusive peek at a beautiful new track for you this morning. Coming to us via Black Swan International, Denver duo, Shae District, is making their TSIS debut with the release of their new radiant new single, “We Belong.” To put it simply, this song is a vibe and a half.
This vibrant new bop captures so much feeling through its various parts. The warm synths wash over like a love wrapping you in a safe embrace, the intermittent chimes— a tender kiss on the cheek. As we lean into this heartfelt glow, one can’t help but be smitten by the cool demeanor of the plucky guitar fills and strong bass line. Add the pleasantly gentle delivery of guest vocalist, Dafna, and there’s no stopping this track from soaring to the stars.
As much as we like listening to this track, Shae District enjoyed creating it even more, saying:
Creating this track and its music video was a really incredible process. The track itself features contributions from a few different artists which was an exciting experience for us, combining so many different ideas into one cohesive sound. This was our first music video too which came together with help from a variety of Denver creatives. We woke up at 4 AM to capture certain scenes, were repeatedly stopped by security in separate locations and overall was a great way to bond with the team and push ourselves creatively in order to make something greater than the sum of its parts.
