19 Year old rising Australia based producer Throttle is far from what you'd expect from a young artist breaking into the global EDM world. His favorite artists are musical icons Earth, Wind & Fire, a surprising admiration that has led to him being the first ever producer to be allowed to officially remix their highly acclaimed hit "September."
