Today is a wonderful day to be a Rick And Morty fan. The animated series has a cult-like following and fans have been waiting for news on the anticipated fourth season for some time now. Now the end to this wait is in sight! The show’s creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon have announced we can expect new episodes this November.
That’s not all… Roiland and Harmon have revealed they are offering Kanye West his own episode if he is interested. This won’t be the first time they’ve worked with musicians as they included Logic in an episode along with announcing his mixtape, created a countdown to NYE for deadmau5, teamed up with Run The Jewels for a music video, and even made a birthday song for Kanye.
It’s no secret Kanye loves the show. In an interview, the creators were asked their thoughts on Kanye being a fan and they replied “We f*cking love Kanye, man. He’s a kindred spirit, genius, visionary… If that guy had the support to do all the ideas he has in his head, it would be f*ckin’ Elon Musk 2.0.” They added that Kanye is “always welcome” on the show saying, “I’m giving him an episode, I’m making it official. We have 70, he can have one. Kanye, you can have an episode. I’m so down. That would be f*ckin’ amazing, actually.”
This would be incredible. We’re just stoked Rick And Morty is coming back this fall and an Kanye episode would just be a cherry on top. Enjoy!
