We may be in the middle of summer, but that’s not stopping RL Grime from preparing for one of our favorite times of the year, Halloween. With his annual Halloween mixes, the holiday has always been extra-special for fans of the trap pioneer, especially now that he’s performing them live. Halloween X marked the first time he performed the set for a live audience, and it looks like he’s doing it again this year.
This afternoon, RL Grime tweeted out a link to the Halloween section of his website, which teases something coming this year. The date displayed on the site is October 27, along with a location: Los Angeles.
Last year, RL Grime held his special Halloween X event at the Hollywood Palladium in LA, so there’s good reason to believe he’s got something similar up his sleeve for this year.
We’ll be patiently awaiting a more official announcement in (hopefully) the near future.
