In the words of his own "I fuse hip-hop production with elements of electro & dubstep, and combine that with the organic timbres and raw feeling of old school soul & funk" He uses synthesizes samples and makes some organic beats using several tools like the Monome in combination with his laptop, and is accompanied by live drummer Corey Eberhard live. Also accompanying them live is pretty lights, there is an elaborate setup of lights choreographed to the music for an awesome live show. Pretty Lights is a very unique sound that while some songs are prime for chilling out others hit so hard they'll start a party on their own.
