Seth Rogen has to be one of the funniest people alive. Having built a long and successful career as an actor, stand-up comedian, writer, director and more, today the man famous for facing blunts on camera has launched his very own cannabis company.
This latest endeavor in Seth Rogen’s career, although maybe a bit belated considering his history, makes so much sense. Coming as a joint venture between Seth Rogen and longtime friend/collaborator Evan Goldberg, Houseplant will be a new cannabis supply company operating within Canada. The two previously worked together on films such as Pineapple Express, Superbad and Sausage Party and this new company makes complete sense following . Their new venture comes in partnership with Canopy Growth.
“Houseplant is a passion we’ve brought to life through drive and dedication. Every decision we’ve made for the business reflects the years of education, first-hand experience and respect we have for cannabis.” – Seth Rogan
As with all things that Rogen does, what caught our attention the most about Houseplant is it’s comedic and quickly growing presence on social media. With a slew of hilarious educational videos on how to properly “ingest cannabis”, those in Canada’s BC province are sure to love their new friendly neighborhood supplier.
