SG Lewis Shines On Lush New “Again” Collab With Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs

It is no secret that rising artist SG Lewis is a TSIS favorite, and the UK native has had an undeniably powerful year. In January, he announced his debut album which “is broken up into 3 phases – Dusk, Dark and Dawn”. Dusk was released in April, including foundational singles “Aura” and “Coming Up”. Since, he has released stunning collaborative singles with the likes of Clairo, AlunaGeorge and Drew Love.

Now today, in anticipation of the forthcoming Dark segment of the album, SG Lewis returns with a lush new singe titled “Again”. The track was made in collaboration with Oxford producer Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs who, this year, has been making his celebrated return after a four-year hiatus.

“You know for me, Orlando, TEED, he’s one of my favorite producers in the whole world. When I was at University, when I was first getting introduced to electronic music, seriously, his debut album, Trouble, it was a huge influence and one of the main reasons I got into making music full stop.” ~ SG Lewis via interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1

“Again” is the quintessential SG Lewis release. Composed of hypnotizing vocals, atmospheric pads, lively synths and danceable percussion, it is the type of track that situates listeners in a mindset full of flashing lights, dancing bodies and warm emotions.

I was fortunate enough to catch an SG Lewis performance in Chicago last month and got to see him perform this tune – Check out the footage below. And if you have the chance to see his live show, I highly recommend you take advantage of the opportunity. This new track was premiered via Zane Lowe on Apple's Beats 1. Enjoy!
