FORM is more than a festival. According to the press release, it’s a “3-day creative retreat & festival held in the urban laboratory of Arcosanti, AZ, has announced the music lineup & select cultural programming for this year’s iteration, set to take place the weekend of May 10-12, 2019. Backdropped by Arcosanti’s otherworldly architecture & landscapes, a community of just 2000 participants will have the opportunity to experience incredibly intimate performances” with no overlapping set times.
On top of the music there will be a lot more including “talks, panels, workshops, immersive art, poetry, new technologies, and outdoor/wellness activities with topics ranging from environmentalism to social justice, architecture, design, and more” The festival was created by OWSLA’s Hundred Waters while visiting Arcosanti, which hosts an incredible amphitheater and is an experimental type of environmentally friendly mini city that boasts breathtaking architecture.
