Swardy Releases Whimsical Indie-Electronic EP ‘Compact Objects’

LA-based electronic music producer, DJ, and former one-half of The M Machine, Swardy, has been one of the most unique acts to follow in recent years. After his massively entertaining set for Porter Robinson’s Secret Sky, it was clear that he operated on a higher creative level than most of us. Today, he’s continuing that trend and has released his newest EP, Compact Objects.

From start to finish, Swardy navigates his own realm of electronic, indie, and jazz to craft one cohesive and innovative project. Compact Objects displays moments of brilliance from the cinematic nods of “In Her Element” to the futuristic-inspired rhythms on “Morne Diablotins.” In truth, the whole EP contains a beautiful whimsical layer that can only be understood by hearing it for yourself.

In addition to the EP release, Swardy unveiled a wildly creative animated short for the project. You can watch the video and stream the EP below. Enjoy!
