During Tame Impala‘s 2021 North American tour, in which Kevin Parker is supporting his most recent albumĀ The Slow Rush, one track that seemed to be a staple in his sets was his collaboration with Travis Scott titled “Skeletons.” The track appeared on Travis’s most recent albumĀ Astroworld, which originally dropped in 2018.
After the horrific occurrence that took place at Travis Scott’s Astroworld festival last weekend, Kevin Parker has stopped including “Skeletons” in his setlists. Photographs of the setlists have been appearing on social media, as they’ve become a very sought-after piece of memorabilia for fans. One fan who posted on Reddit late Tuesday night after the stop in Dallas, Texas said they had to jump over the barrier to get it. Another fan who was at the show in Austin on Sunday night also posted a photo of the setlist, which omitted “Skeletons” as well.
Tame Impala was scheduled to play on the second day of Astroworld, however the festival was canceled after the tragedy.
