Watch Tom Misch Make Beats Using Randomly Selected Samples On Rhythm Roulette

We’ve been super impressed with nearly all of Tom Misch’s work over the past few years (most recently his collab with HONNE), so when we heard he made an appearance on Mass Appeal’s web series Rhythm Roulette, we had to check it out.

Rhythm Roulette is a dope little series where a producer walks into a record store, blindfolded, and randomly selects three albums to sample from. They then head into a studio to create a beat using different samples from their chosen records.

Some of the best episodes feature producers like Mr. Carmack and Mura Masa, but Tom Misch’s efforts here were truly incredible. Misch ended up crafting three separate beats in the studio, and each one of them sounded like they were album ready.
