Tomorrowland, the most buzzed about music festival worldwide that sold out last year in 1 second has announced plans for a second weekend. With such high demand leaving thousands without tickets last year for the Belgian festival, this news should be an early end of year present. This comes during 2014, the 10th anniversary of the festival, so only makes sense to make their flagship festival even more massive.
There have been two new permits issued from Mayors of Rumst and Boom, both Belgian municipalities (cities) signifying the festival might move locations for the second weekend to one of these locations. We can thank local Belgian publication Gazet van Antwerpen for breaking the news. The festival didn't comment yesterday, but with permits already being secured we guarantee an expansion of the festival.
Since last year it sold out in 1 second, now with twice as many tickets will we have an entire minute to get our hands on tickets? Or will this added allotment severely decrease buzz?
